A kind viewer sent us a selection of Indonesian Flavourings, which can be used for drinks along with a variety of things, so we decided to keep it as pure as possible and taste the flavourings themselves with water. Once we saw durian, however… well, we simply had to sit our resident Irish People down to see what they thought!
